Why completing this challenge?

Sugar is like a drug, you can get addicted to it, but it doesn't do any good to your body. A single soda can contain more than 5 spoons. It is time to start eating without sugar!


Try to avoid all kind of processed food, they usually contain huge quantities of sugar. Fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and fish are your best options here, well, and water, of course.
