You have 3 months to complete a 100km route with your bycicle

Cycling is a very good exercise, it is not hurting your knees like other sports and it is a very funny activity that you can do in the most beautiful places.
You will need to increase the distance step by stem. Find a route without too many ramps and of course, wear always a good helmet, safety always first.
